| The Dhagpo Kagyu Library preserves key texts of Buddhas teachings. It has collections of the different Tibetan schools at its disposal, and gives particularly prominence to the Karma Kagyu school. The text collection includes also human sciences, traditional sciences, art and poetry, as well as philosophy, all of which is indispensable to a thorough understanding of the teaching of the Buddha and to getting to know the Tibetan Buddhism. |
